Legal notice and privacy
This page says who publishes Technipatch, what the service collects, and who to contact about your data. It’s deliberately short: Technipatch asks for nothing to draw, and as little as possible to save.

Hosting
The service is not online yet. The host will be named here, with its address and telephone number, on the day it goes live — article 6 III of the French LCEN requires it. That line is better than an invented name.
Data collected
Drawing a diagram, sharing it by link, and opening a link you were sent collect no personal data at all: the project lives in the link’s address or in the browser, and Technipatch keeps no copy of it.
Saving a project to the server asks for an email address, and stores the project along with each of its revisions. Nothing else is asked: no name, no password, no payment method during the beta.
Technipatch also keeps an editable copy of the current project in the browser’s local storage, so nothing is lost between visits. This copy never leaves the device.
No tracking cookies, no audience measurement: Technipatch sets no tracker and shares no data with an advertising third party.
The field viewer keeps, in the browser’s own storage (IndexedDB) and not on a server, a copy of diagrams already opened on that device, so it stays readable without a network. This copy is cleared entirely, plan by plan or all at once, from “Diagrams kept on this device” in the viewer.
Retention period
A saved project and its revisions are kept for as long as the account doesn’t ask for their deletion. The local copy in the browser stays until the device or the browser clears it.
Rights of access and deletion
A saved project is deleted from “My projects,” in the editor. For any other request for access, correction, objection or deletion, write to julien@awakeprod.fr; the request will be handled within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Subprocessors
Two providers may be involved, depending on how the service is configured: the host running the application and its database, and an email-sending service for access links — when that feature is enabled. No other subprocessor is involved.
Intellectual property
The code of Technipatch, its interface, its device library and the documents it generates are protected and remain the property of the publisher; they are neither open source nor reusable without written agreement. The diagrams you draw, on the other hand, are yours: Technipatch claims no rights over them and you can export them at any time as PDF, SVG, PNG and CSV.
