Technipatch

Your drawings found anywhere, your name at the bottom of the sheet.

Drawing, checking, getting the three lists and the PDF out: that stays free, with no account. The Pro account keeps your projects on a server, stacks their revisions, reopens them from the prep laptop to the phone at FOH, and puts your logo in the title block instead of ours.

What the client sees at the bottom of the sheet

The title block is the only part of the sheet that speaks about you. Without an account it names the tool that made the sheet; with Pro it names your company.

Both title blocks are rendered by the same code as the export, on the example. Nothing is drawn for this page.

No account. The title block is complete; the footer line says what the sheet was made with.

Pro. Your logo and your company name take the place of that line. Nothing else changes on the sheet.

What stays free, what Pro adds

Free is the whole tool with no account, plus a free account to keep one project on the server. Pro adds no drawing feature: it keeps more projects, for longer, and puts your name on the sheet.

Pro

€19 a month · €180 a year

200projects

All your projects on the server, reopened from the prep laptop or the phone at FOH.

200revisions per project

Every save adds a revision, so you can go back to the one before the client’s change.

500MB

Years of drawings and revisions.

3machines

Two browsers and one app per account. Signing in one more signs out the one of the same kind you no longer use. A sign-in left unused for {jours} days closes on its own.

Your logo

And your company name in the title block, instead of the “Made with Technipatch” line.

One address

No password. A link received by email opens the account on each machine.

The figures in the Pro column are the limits the code enforces.Pro stops at 200 projects per account. That is a guard against scripts, not a tier: a busy stage manager draws twenty to sixty a year.

What Pro doesn’t do yet

Two features in progress, not in the subscription. They’re listed here so nobody pays thinking they have them.

Team space Coming
Several people on the same project, and a device library shared with the company’s verified sheets.
Revision comparison Coming

Start the trial

Fourteen days to see whether it holds on a real prep. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Checking your subscription…

  1. 1

    You go through Stripe

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is charged before the end of the fourteen days; the card is there so the subscription carries on without a break.

  2. 2

    A link arrives by email

It opens your account on this machine. For the second machine, you ask for another link at the same address.

  3. 3

    You save from the editor

Each click on Save adds a revision. The logo goes in the project settings and shows in the title block from the next export.

What people ask before paying

How much is it, and is VAT added on top?

€19 a month, or €180 a year (€15 a month, two months free). There is no VAT to add: the publisher is under the French VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the tax code), so the displayed price is the one charged and the one on the invoice. A price change is announced at least a month ahead and only applies to later renewals.

How does the fourteen-day trial work?

The card is asked for at sign-up, at Stripe, and nothing is charged before the end of the trial. During those fourteen days the account is a full Pro account. If you cancel before, there is no charge at all. One free trial per card.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my projects?

From “Manage my subscription”, which opens the Stripe portal. No reason, no form. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid; there is no pro-rata refund. Then the account becomes a free account again: nothing is deleted, all your projects stay readable and exportable, and the one you edited most recently stays editable. Go Pro again to edit the others. After thirty days, those may be deleted, after an email warning you: export the ones you want to keep first.

Why is it professionals only?

Because it is a trade tool. By ticking the box at sign-up you declare that you subscribe for your work: company, association, freelancer, touring crew. Drawing itself stays open to everyone, with no account.

I need an invoice in my company’s name.

Invoices are issued by Stripe at each renewal and download from “Manage my subscription”. The company name and VAT number are entered at sign-up and appear on every invoice.

Where is my data, and whose is it?

Yours. Your diagrams and the documents that come out of them stay yours: the publisher claims nothing and does not use them. They live in a Postgres database at Supabase, in Ireland (eu-west-1 region); the site is served by Cloudflare. Every project exports as a reimportable file, at any time. There is no tracker in the application.

No password? How is my account protected?

A link sent to your address opens the account on one machine; it is valid fifteen minutes and works once. The machine then keeps its own key, which the server stores only hashed: a database leak does not make it reusable. Two machines per account, listed in the Account window, disconnected in one click. With no password, there is nothing to leak: what protects the account is access to your mailbox.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly, or back?

Yes, from “Manage my subscription”. The change applies at the next renewal.

Will the free tool shrink one day?

No. Drawing with no ceiling, every check, the three lists, PDF and CSV, the share link: none of it becomes paid, nothing is watermarked. It is in article 4 of the terms. What you pay for is what costs something to keep: the server, the history, finding your work again elsewhere.
