The equipment list
What goes in the truck, read off the diagram: devices grouped by brand and model with a quantity and the names they carry on the plan, cables grouped by signal and connectors with lengths when they are known, and the adapters the engine flagged.
Draw the diagram once
You pull a cable between two sockets, and that cable is a line in this document the same second. Rename a device, move a cable to another input, delete one: the document recomputes from the diagram. There is no second file to keep in step, and nothing to retype the night before the load-in.
Three tables, one source
A device drawn once with “× 8” counts eight units. Two cables of the same signal and connectors become one line with quantity two. A link that only works through a common cord, a C13 to a 16 A socket for instance, puts that cord in the adapters table instead of refusing the cable.
The sound example
11 device lines and 6 cable lines, exactly as the Equipment tab shows them.

Export and import
Each table exports as its own CSV. The other way round works too: a spreadsheet of devices with quantity, brand and model columns imports onto the canvas, and models found in the library arrive with their sockets ready to cable.
On a full example
The tables on this page come from the “Concert Setup - Sample” example. The gallery shows the same document on every example project, and each one opens in the editor.

Drop five devices, pull cables between their ports: the cable list, the patch sheet and the equipment list fill themselves in while you draw. No account, no card.
